45 minutes Sports Therapy Treatment for targeted treatment of aches, pains, injuries and postural issues. Covers all treatments used in that time so there's no need to worry about booking anything specific. We'll decide on the treatments to use during the session. Good for -Treatment of issues spanning either upper or lower body. Treatment may include Manual Soft Tissue Therapies, Medical Acupuncture, Dry Cupping, Electrotherapy, Ultrasound, Kinesiology Taping

Sports Therapy Follow Up - Targeted Treatment - 45 Minutes

Treatment to identify and deactivate pain spots using pressure and needles

Dry Needling & Trigger Point Therapy - 60 minutes

For those who simply enjoy a massage treatment, want to come and relax and want to relieve muscle tension and calm the mind. A much more relaxing session than Sports Massage with the aim of relaxation and letting go 🙏🏼

Massage Treatment - 45 Minutes

Excellent for pain relief, reducing inflammation, breaking down scar tissue and relaxing tissue tension

Ultrasound Therapy

Good for - Pre and Post Event - Focusing on one specific area Treatment may include Manual Soft Tissue Therapies, Medical Acupuncture, Dry Cupping, Electrotherapy, Ultrasound, Kinesiology Taping

Sports Therapy Follow Up - Targeted Treatment - 60 Minutes

If you are coming to me to seek treatment for a specific ache, pain, injury or postural issue for the first time, you'll need a Sports Therapy session. Your first appointment will include a full postural and joint assessment to analyse what issues you're facing and how this is impacting your day to day life. This will then include a full treatment to treat what we find. Treatment may include Manual Soft Tissue Therapies, Medical Acupuncture, Dry Cupping, Electrotherapy, Ultrasound, Kinesiology Taping

Sports Therapy Follow Up - Targeted Treatment - 90 Minutes

Our feet do a LOT of work. Take some time to help them relax, relieve them of stress and show them some love. Massage treatment to improve circulation, relieve tension and soothe aches and pains

Foot Massage - 30 Minutes

K-Tape is often used as part of injury rehab or to support weak muscles. I include this as part of the modalities I use in all Sports Therapy services, but also offer this as a standalone treatment if K-Tape needs to be applied properly as part of extended rehab, or if required for support during any training or events you may be taking part in

Kinesiology Taping

Sports/Deep Tissue Massage - 90 Minutes

Dry Needling & Trigger Point Therapy - 30 minutes

Helps promote blood flow, removal of waste, decompression, pain relief and relaxation

Excellent for anyone training as well as for those suffering restricted mobility
